- Modified shift rotations and successfully negotiated pay increase for deputies to be competitive with surrounding communities.
- Upgraded equipment and increased training opportunities for all Deputies, Detectives, Correctional Officers and Dispatchers

- Initiated and established Courthouse security measures to ensure safety for our community
- Collaborated with the Fort Dodge COmmunity Foundation and secured a $200,000 Rural Crime Reduction Grant to support our community
- Implemented a SRO partnership with rural Webster County schools to ensure safety
- Demonstrates and cultivates an environment of Leadership, Teamwork and Professionalism at the WCSO, better serving our community

- 29 Years with the Webster County Sheriff's Office
- Currently runs the day-to-day operation of the Sheriff's Office and supervises 60 employees in all areas of law enforcement, communication, civil duties and jail operations
- Served all shifts as Patrol Deputy to Criminal Investigator
- Commander of Regional Tacti
